- Employer Job Posting Subscription Packages (Single Post, Starter, Corporate, and Enterprise Tiers).
- Talent Database Access Subscriptions and CV Unlock Credits.
- Featured Vacancy and Social Media Broadcast Add-on Services.
- Note: Job seekers never pay fees on Ajira Market; hence this policy applies exclusively to employer/recruiter billing accounts.

03. 100% Guaranteed Refund & Reversal Scenarios Hali Zinazostahili Marejesho ya 100% Papo Hapo
A full 100% refund of transaction value is unconditionally guaranteed under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Charges: Multiple debits for a single transaction due to telecom network lag or gateway retry loops.
- Gateway Timeout & Non-Provisioning: Funds successfully deducted from customer wallet/card but service activation failed due to technical timeout.
- Pre-Publication Cancellation: Written cancellation received within twenty-four (24) hours of payment before job vacancy publication or CV unlocking.
- Extended Platform Outage: Severe platform unavailability exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours during an active paid campaign.
A full 100% refund is offered unconditionally in the following situations:

Ajira Market executes daily automated reconciliation audits with all licensed payment aggregators (M-Pesa, Mix by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, Visa, Mastercard). When orphan transactions or duplicate debits are detected by our automated monitoring systems, refunds are flagged and initiated proactively without requiring customer escalation.
Our system performs automatic daily checks to reconcile all transactions with payment networks. Any disconnected transactions without service being provided are automatically detected and a recovery process initiated immediately.

Refunds are not granted in the following scenarios:
- Fully published and active job listings that have already commenced receiving candidate applications.
- Talent database search credits that have already been utilized to unlock candidate CVs and contact profiles.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. posting fraudulent jobs or requesting upfront applicant fees).
- Subjective dissatisfaction with candidate applicant volume or applicant qualifications (since candidate responses depend on general market availability).

- Dissatisfaction with the number of applicants (as the number of applicants depends on the market and job characteristics).
06. Step-by-Step Refund Claim Submission Procedure for Submitting Refund Requests
To initiate a refund request, submit an email to info@ajiramarket.co.tz containing:
- Registered Employer Account Name and Email Address.
- Payment Gateway Reference / Mobile Money M-Pesa/Yas/Airtel/Halo Transaction ID.
- Transaction Date, Time, and Exact Amount Billed in TZS or USD.
- Clear explanation of the request (e.g. duplicate deduction, timeout failure).

- Mobile Network Transaction Number (M-Pesa, Yas, Airtel, HaloPesa) or Card reference.
- Date, Time and Exact Amount Deducted (TZS / USD).

07. Verification SLA & Payout Timelines Time to Review and Make Refund Payments
* Refunds are strictly executed to the original originating account or wallet to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. * Refunds are returned to the same phone number or card that made the payment to comply with anti-money laundering laws.
08. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Chargeback Prevention Kuzuia Utakatishaji Fedha na Udanganyifu
In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation in Tanzania, refund payouts cannot be redirected to third-party bank accounts, alternative mobile wallets, or cash handovers. Attempting fraudulent chargebacks on fulfilled services will result in immediate enterprise account suspension and financial reporting to credit reference bureaus.
